Domestic Shipping Information:

We're committed to delivering your orders promptly. Please note that shipping transit times are estimates. Domestic shipping usually ranges from 3 to 8 days, based on the chosen delivery option.

  • Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery: Various shipping methods are available during checkout, tailored to your location. Prices depend on destination and package weight.
  • Tracking Notification: After processing, an automatic tracking email confirms shipment readiness, handed over to USPS for delivery.

Route Protection

opt. for our Route Protection service for added security at an extra fee based on package weight. It safeguards your purchase in case of loss or theft, allowing claim filing through our partner.


Returns and Exchanges:

  • Damaged Products: Fume is not liable for damages incurred during transit, which are non-refundable.
  • Defective Products: We'll issue a unique coupon code for defective products, providing a 30% reduction.
  • Promotional Products: Items purchased on promotion are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Lost & Undelivered Packages: Issues with undelivered packages must be addressed by the customer.
  • Undeliverable Address: Returned orders due to undeliverable addresses incur a refund minus initial shipping expenses.

Late Shipments

Considering the high volume of packages handled by USPS, please note that tracking information may not update automatically. While USPS typically provides reliable service, occasional errors and delays might occur. Any issues caused by or as a result of USPS are not within Fume's responsibility and should be resolved by contacting USPS directly using the contact details provided below. Please be aware that transit times are not guaranteed, and shipping fees are non-refundable through our company.

If the delivery confirmation (USPS tracking) for your package hasn't been updated for a few days, please don't be alarmed. USPS delivery confirmation often updates upon reaching sorting facilities, transit locations, or local post offices. There might be no intermediate updates, and any delivery concerns should be addressed directly with your local post office.

While USPS offers efficient service, occasional package misrouting or delays might occur. Regrettably, these occurrences are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for USPS-related errors or delays.
